Kielbasa and Cabbage

Fixings

* 6 cuts bacon
* 1/4 cup water
* 2 tablespoons white sugar
* 1 onion, cleaved
* 2 teaspoons minced garlic
* 1/4 teaspoon squashed red pepper pieces
* 1/4 teaspoon preparing salt
* 3 teaspoons caraway seed
* 1 huge head cabbage, cut into little wedges
* 1 pound Polish kielbasa

Bearings

1. In a huge skillet, sear bacon over medium high hotness until sautéed, turning once. Eliminate bacon from container, holding drippings, and put on paper towels.
2. Mix water, sugar, onions, garlic, red pepper pieces, prepared salt, and caraway seeds into drippings. Add cabbage, and tenderly mix. Cover, and cook over medium hotness for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Add kielbasa to the container. Cook, covered, for an extra 10 to 15 minutes. Disintegrate bacon up and over, and serve hot. Appreciate!
